Mad Cows Take On Defenseless Victim

This photo journal is created for my goblin mage. Many of the references made in these entries are things only guild members or those who RP with the group would get. My apologies!
In particular, this time around, the article is inspired by this thread on the Wyrmrest Accord realm forums.

Today was bright and cheery and the birds sang beautifully, but there was nothing lovely or serene in Thunder Bluff. Angry bulls and mad cows stampeded an innocent victim off the zeppelin platform this afternoon. The victim, a respected member of the Mistreavers guild, plummeted hundreds of feet to the meadow below sustaining catastrophic injuries and third degree hemorrhagic bleeding to her internal phlemspigot, which resulted in the need for immediate emergency surgery and the removal of her strobili. The fall was also ill fated for the local Kodo herd who tragically lost their newest calf when the victim landed on him.

On hand for emergency first aid was Dr. Tzichell Fetch, a renown physician of outmatched skill and compassion, in his own words, "had the calf not died, the goblin would have. While it is sad the herd is down a child, the Tauren have no one else to blame but themselves!"

Korouk, the Warlord of Mistreavers and a Tauren himself, made himself unavailable for comment.

Perhaps the saddest part of this is that the Society for the Protection of Innocent Tauren will no longer be receiving their sizable donation from the Mistreaver's charitable event. This evening a gathering was to be held to auction off willing participants for "dates". Aside from aiding the socially spurned by providing them with an opportunity to buy companionship (if only for 30 minute stretches of time), the event was also being run solely to generate much needed funds for S.P.I.T.

Mistreavers paid out of pocket to purchase legitimate permits to hold a gathering in the center rise of Thunder Bluff. The guild was then forced to pay for relocation and last minute changes to advertising. The result is near bankruptcy. Clearly the Tauren people care more for an evening of quiet meditation than they do for a charity geared to aiding baby animals like the poor kodo calf who died in this whole debacle.

This evening's Date Auction will now be held in Ratchet, an upstanding Goblin town, at the gallows on the edge of town. The gallows is symbolic of the persecution the Mistreavers Goblins sustained at the hands of the Tauren of Thunder Bluff.
